Phoenix is a quiet little charmer who quickly stole my heart. She’s shown herself to be a literary girl and has digested several novels from the local library and several more from my personal collection. She’s recently taken up weekly news magazines to keep abreast of the times.

The Mythos litter came out for “race training” when they were two months old. Now that she’s old enough to compete, Phoenix still shows the same good form as she did at her first practice and was in the points at her first meet – a very respectable third place out of eight entries.

Deerhound games do not suit the refined Ms. Phoenix as well as they do her brother. Instead, she bides her time until things calm down before she joins in.

Phoenix began her Rarities show career with two five-point majors at her first weekend of shows and finished her championship by winning two three-point majors just after celebrating her first birthday.

Phoenix went RWB at the April 2008 Rarities/ISWS Specialty Show in Northern California.
